I was wanting to install only 4beams at a time, other companies told me they would do it that way if I wanted; Midwest Basement explained to me if it was done that way it would have to be done correctly the first time or not at all, then explained in detail why it needed to be done all at one time. We were also very interested in the foam product they provided.  We were very happy with all of the staff and crew members, they did such a great job. I am eager to see how the work holds up.

This company provided me with a quick reply to my inquiry of my basement issues and need for an estimate. The representative gave a great presentation of all the issues and the possible fixes for these issues. I was impressed by the fact that the installation didn't require any digging outside of the home. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family that have issues with their basements in the future.

Out of all of the presentations we were given by different companies, yours was the most informative and to the point. Explanation of procedure was very clear and in words that I could understand.  The crew and office staff were all very courteous and hard working.
