Good morning, All too often we grumble when things don't turn out exactly as we want, when we want, and at a cost we want, without letting people know when our expectations have been met, or exceeded. I am probably as guilty as the next guy.   In July we contacted you about our crawl space.  Within 2 weeks Daryl visited us, and on the same day quoted and scheduled the work. He was professional and helpful at every phase of the project. Needing the help of TC Hafford to get my basement done, the office staff did a very good job setting up my appointment for an appropriate time. Heather was very good at explaining everything and I called her several times with questions. The guys worked hard on the job and we were happy with their work. We had a lot of water in the basement before we called you and since the drain has gone in we have not had a drop. We have already had two large rain storms and no water at all.
