Does your crawl space have a dirt floor? That could be a problem! This lets outside air in and can lead to various health issues. In this project, we installed CleanSpace in this home's crawlspace. CleanSpace is a waterproof plastic vapor barrier that is designed for unfinished basement walls. And it has a 25-year warranty!
This homeowner wanted to prevent water from coming into his basement. He simply wanted to restore his peace of mind and ensure that he wouldn't have to keep cleaning up the water mess. He had used our services previously for foundation support, so he knew just who to call for his waterproofing needs.
We sent Service Technician Brandon Rost to inspect the possible sources of water and start to implement solutions custom to the homeowner's needs. Brandon found that water was getting in through the cracks in the basement walls, so he knew that a full perimeter waterproofing solution would be necessary and beneficial. Brandon and one of our installation teams used Full height CleanSpace Vapor Barrier and WaterGuard Interior Drainage System along with a Super Sump Pump to ensure that water was draining our of the basement and keeping the basement dry.
The homeowner was very happy with the work because it was fast, friendly, and done the right way. Check out this homeowner's new waterproofing systems!

Barbara H. is a homeowner in Lebanon, MO, and wanted peace of mind knowing her basement would stay dry year-round as the transition began into the colder seasons. She had some concerns with water infiltrating the home’s foundation, so she gave us a call to thoroughly inspect the property.
System Design Specialist Chris Bolander arrived at the home in Lebanon, MO, and determined that the downspouts were releasing water next to the home’s foundation causing extreme saturation levels in the soil. To permanently solve this issue, our crews buried each downspout 10 feet from the house to release the captured water far from the home’s foundation walls.
Barbara was very pleased with her Thrasher experience and was relieved to know that her basement would stay dry throughout each year.
This homeowner wanted to protect their window from moisture as well as increase their curb appeal. They had used us previously for interior waterproofing in their basement, so they decided to give us a call about window moisture protection.
We sent Service Technician Brandon Rost to inspect the basement windows and determine why moisture was drawn to them. Brandon determined that the basement windows were at grade level which allowed dirt, snow, and leaves to pile up in front of them and cause potential problems of moisture. After talking to the homeowner, Brandon solved their problem by removing the dirt from around the windows and installing Poly Wells with covers to protect the windows.
The homeowner thought they looked pretty good. Check out their new Poly Wells!
