This homeowner was concerned with their crawlspace foundation wall, which was gradually tipping in from the top due to street creep pushing the garage slab into the back foundation wall. This situation created many risks, including potential harm to the structural integrity of the garage and the homeowner's peace of mind. To solve this problem, we installed wall anchors to ensure their stability and prevent any further deterioration of the walls. Additionally, we installed CompressionGuards to reduce the damage caused by street creep and stop any future issues. Our approach ensured that the homeowner could rest easy, knowing their garage was secure and their house's resale value would not be compromised. 

This home had water problems after water problems. First, water was shooting into the basement from a window underneath the home's front step. And on top of that, the discharge line broke and was pooling water in an area where water was discharging out but coming right back in. We installed a vapor barrier, trench drain, and lateral system to fix this issue. 

This customer is selling his home soon and wanted to fix his wet basement issue. After performing an inspection, we found water was shooting in to his basement from a window that was underneath his front stoop. His discharge line broke, and was pooling water in this specific area. This created a recycling effect - the water was discharging out but coming right back in. We were able to fix the problem by installing a vapor barrier, trench drain, and lateral system.

We installed our Waterguard drainage system around the perimeter of the basement to capture and direct any water to the sump pump. Cleanspace vapor barrier was also installed along the basement walls to prevent water from coming into contact with drywall, keeping the space clean, dry and safe.
