Very professional

Ivan Smith was great. He was early to the appointment which was great for our schedule today. He evaluated our front steps and was well as the rest of the house. He acknowledged the front steps have moved again. He explained the problem, all the potions to fix it and what to do to help prevent it in the future. He went over the proposal,ade sure we understood everything. He emailed it to us before he left and made sure we had everything we needed. Not ten minutes after he left Thresher contacted us with a date to schedule the work! Ivan was great, very personable, likeable, straightforward guy!
