He came, saw what warranty work they needed to do, and completed the task in a reasonable time with no disruption to our other activities. No hassle warranty work for 10 years, who does that anymore. I was referred to Thrasher from a friend who is a realtor.  The Thrasher crew arrived and we made sure we were all on the same page about the work to be done, the location of the sump pump and where the discharge pipe would be located.  After our conversation they got right to work.  I was not able to be at home while most of the work was being done, but received a call when they were done and came home to a spotless house with all the work completed.

Lifting the footing of my attached building was one of the smoothest operations that I have seen. All personnel worked in sync. There were no wasted motions and everything went perfectly. The crew used plastic sheets to make sure dirt wouldn't get anywhere.  Thrasher installed 9 piers and lifted the building and were off the site in 1 1/2 days.  

I had previously used Thrasher on a property, and was very pleased.  Everything went as planned. The crew I had was very easy to work with. They were very clean on the job, picked up after the job and put everything back the way it was when they started even repairing the sprinklers. Job well done!!!
