10/10! Thrasher really came through for me.

I am so happy that Brad was able to diagnose my problem even without power readily available in my crawlspace. I'm thankful that he was willing to help me run an extension cord to my sump pump until I can get my main power back on.

There were lots of good online references for Thrasher, and a friend recomended them. We were pleased with the work and customer service was outstanding.

Both the piers crew and anchor crew did a good job. They were fast and explained work as it happened. I am VERY satisfied. The crews were courteous and easy to work with. Everyone was helpful and good to work with.

Barry recently came to do a annual service on our Thrasher system. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything that he did and answered all our questions!!!!

Customer service was excellent.  Kate (sales rep) was right on time-answered all my questions and concerns-very nice and had a good talk.  She eased my mind tremendously. I was given options for many scenarios.  I have scheduled the work to be done as soon as possible as we are going to build a new home following the sale of this one!

The installation crew was very professional and did a wonderful job. We had a two inch rain two days after installation and the basement was dry!
