Quality 1st Basements received a call from a homeowner who was experiencing large puddles of water in their basement. Customer Service Representative, Keashan was able to get Mike B, our System Design Specialist, out right away to inspect the wet basement and provide a solution. By installing a full WaterGuard drainage system and a TripleSafeSump Pump, the basement is now completely waterproofed. To remove the musty odor, a SandiDry Dehumidifier was installed to circulate dry air throughout the large space to create a more comfortable, healthier environment.

It has a 4-inch high PVC ring that is sealed to your basement floor around the water tank.The ring can be connected to a floor drainage system, draining the water directly to your sump pump. It also has a"WaterWatch" floor alarm to detect flooding alarming you right away if it detects water. 

Our customer in Mendham, NJ  was having water issues in their basement and the existing sump was not getting the water out.  Design specialist Greg Lewis knew that for a sump to work it needed a perimeter drain to get the water there.  So he recommended the TripleSafe Sump with battery backup as well as our WaterGuard to bring the water to the sump.  Once Jonathan and his crew installed the products, the customer was ecstatic!

A homeowner in Mendham, New Jersey  called Quality 1st Basement Systems to get more information on our EverLast Wall Panels after they had to remove hald their drywall caused from a flood. With help from  System Design Specialist, Javier Hoyos Romero, and   foreman, Juan Garcia, Quality 1st Basement Systems was able to install the EverLast Wall Panels on the bottom half of the wall. These panels are waterproof and mold proof. Now, the homeowner has dry and beautiful walls in their basement!
