After this customer's wet basement issues were resolved, the next step was to clean up the walls. After Design Specialist J.C.Gibriano provided some walling options, the customer decided to have BrightWall Basement Panels installed. Esau Aquino and his crew fastened the washable, waterproof plastic panels to the block basement wall to block out water vapor and prevent mold growth.  

As part of design Specialist Greg Lewis's recommendation, our customers in Warren replaced their old sump pump with a TripleSafe Sump.  with a primary pump, backup pump, and a battery backup it provides total peace of mind.  Installed by Mario and his crew the customer is totally satisfied.

Our customer in Warren was having issues with their basement.  They just wanted to be comfortable that their basement would remain dry.  Design specialist Greg Lewis showed them multiple products including CleanSpace to keep any moisture in the walls out of the living area and run it down to the WaterGuard perimeter drain and out to the sump.  Greg also recommended a FloodRing which ties to the drain and keeps your basement dry in the case of a water heater failure.  Mario and his crew did the install and the work they performed just made the customer even more comfortable that their basement would stay dry.

When our customer in Warren needed to have the lower half of their walls removed to get rid of the wet, damaged sheetrock and studs, design specialist Greg Lewis showd them that EverLast Wall Restoration would allow them to install the WaterGuard perimeter drain that was needed and restore their walls back to finished.  Mario and his crew did the install and the customer is dry and happy!

Our Service team went out to perform annual maintenance on a sump pump system that has been working to keep this basement dry since 2010. Each year our team goes out to educate the customer on why this service is important. Keeping a system such as this one clean will extend the life span of their pump system.
