Customer called in regarding a dirt floor crawlspace with mold issues. We started with removal of old insulation and debris then used a Mold-X2 cleaner and Biotanical. We installed CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system with CleanSpace Drainage Matting under the liner. To keep the humidity low in crawl space we used the SaniDry Sedona and added RimTight Spray foam with our EverLast Door. 

This homeowner in Dundalk, MD did not have a functioning sump pump, and they were in need of a replacement. We removed the old sump pump and installed our SuperSump Pump System. In this basement the owner was experiencing water leaking through the walls after heavy rains and reached out to our team for a system install. We sent a crew out to jackhammer a trench around the foundation wall for us to install our WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system that will carry any moisture or water to the sump pump. Lastly we place our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier over the portion of the wall that captures any water or moisture coming through and carries it down into the sub-floor drain. By getting this waterproofing system install the home will be safe from floods and dry of dampness and moisture.

At this property we needed to install a new way for water to leave the home without it going back into the home. We sent our crew out to install our IceGuard Sump Pump line that is designed to safely discharge water from below grade up and away from the home when the line is frozen. This install will prevent the basement from flooding in cold temperature weather and overall maintenance free for the homeowner.
