In this basement the owners were experiencing damp walls which were leaking onto the floor and creating moisture throughout. We installed our CleanSpace Wall System that is a waterproof resistant barrier that is effective for the type of moisture they are experiencing. This wall barrier will capture all wall leakage and carry any leaks down into the sub-floor drainage system which safely removes the unwanted water.

At this home in Baltimore, MD, the crawl space was bringing cold drafts into the upper levels of the home. The homeowner knew this was an issue, so they contacted us for a solution. These are before and after pictures of a church that had such a bad moisture problem in their crawlspace that rot destroyed the floor.
