Waterproofing system is excellent. Materials and equipment that were used are good. Installation crew was alright as well. They answered all my questions and cleaned up before they left.

I decided to contact Quality 1st Basement Systems because I had been getting water in my basement after heavy rain. I did not have any sump pumps installed or any waterproofing, and my basement foundation was also getting vertical cracks. These problems were building up, and I decided that I needed to do something. I heard about Quality 1st through email, and I decided to give them a call. When I first called, the women was able to easily set up a free appointment, tell me the name of the person who would be coming to provide me with an estimate, as well as provide recommendations from people who got similar work done to their homes. The sales representative was thoroughly professional, assessed the situation correctly, and successfully set a date for the repair to occur. There was also a reminder call the day before the work was to be done. The repair crew arrived on time, and finished up promptly. The foreman of the crew explained what had to be done, and left the job in a workman-like manner. The work site was also cleaned up well by the workmen. The products that they installed work, what more can one ask for? I am very satisfied, and I will hire them again if I decided to get any more work done.

After meeting with my inspector Dan I felt confident in knowing what I needed to get done to fix the moisture and humidity issues in my crawlspace. I decided to have it all encapsulated with the CleanSpace system offered by Quality 1st. When my inspector Victor came to install the work he was very professional and did a great job! His crew was extremely neat, they didn't leave not one spec of dust in my house! I originally chose Quality 1st because my inspector Dan was very honest and did not try to sell me something that I did not need! I will definitely be contacting them in the future to have a dehumidifier installed next!

I had the service technician John come and inspect my basement system. John , I have to say was very professional . John educated me on the type of system I had and answered all my questions since I am new to owning a basement system. On top of doing all his work he even pointed out some things that I will have to address. I would have to say I was very impressed! Very happy with them! Great hard-working employees!    Quality 1st Basements recently did some maintenance-type work in my basement. They came out and cleaned out the sump pump tank, and they did a great job. Their employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. The man who did the work was great about explaining everything to us, and keeping us informed about what he was doing. He was very hard-working and nice. I am a very satisfied customer, and I have them scheduled to do some more work in the near future!

Quality 1st Basement Systems were very professional from the first meeting with the sales representative (Steve) to the Foreman (Mario) and the team that completed the installation. I come from the construction industry and today's service providers don't function like Quality 1st. They provided great information upfront so I knew what I was buying including the process, had someone in contact with me for scheduling and when they said they were going to be there, they showed up and executed within a single day while keeping what could have been a very messy process to a very clean worksite from start to finish.
