Quality 1st does amazing work! We are very satisfied with the work completed. Our inspector Rick was great he answered all of our questions and did not leave until we understood everything! We decided to waterproof the basement because we had just moved in and thought it was the best thing to do. When setting my appointment the office staff answered all of my questions and always gave call backs when needed. The installation crew was super professional and they cleaned up everything before leaving. Before deciding to go with Quality 1st we got quotes from 3 other companies but then quickly realized that they had the best system.

This is a review for Quality 1st Basements in New Jersey. They waterproofed my basement in North Jersey last year. Dane recommended the Triple Safe sump pump which operated when my power went out this weekend and kept my basement dry! The foreman Wilver and his team did a great job with the installation, 5-star experience!

From scheduling our free estimate to the repair being completed the whole process was beyond A+ service and professionalism! They mailed out information pamphlets and booklets before our estimated date which gave us a lot of information. Joe Mancini was the professional who gave us our free estimate and sat us down and explained every step of the process in full. Before we knew it we were scheduled and the repairs were completed. Shoutout to Dylan and his team for their great work in installing my French drain I have a condo in NYC and NYC law prevents workers from doing construction work after 6 pm. My job was much harder due to the concrete flooring, so it took much longer to complete the job than was expected. As 6 pm passed, Dylan was required by the building manager to cease work before the job was completed. Dylan was concerned about finishing the job, so he contacted me early the next morning to set up an appointment for later in the day to complete the installation. His team worked as fast as they could to complete their assigned work for the day. They arrived at my condo around 2. Dylan and his team completed the work by 5:30 so as not to have the situation that occurred the day before repeat itself. Thanks again to Dylan and his team for making sure the job was completed to my satisfaction.
