This roof was rotted through to the decking. Our team replaced 44 sheets of plywood, put down a protective layer of ice and water shield, and then finished the job with brand new IKO Dynasty shingles.
The Klaus Roofing team, led by Project Manager Lamont Martin installed IKO Cambridge shingles in charcoal gray. The entire project took less than a day. The homeowner was thrilled with the result.

A valued return customer reached out to complete their roofing project. Earlier, we had successfully handled the first portion of the job, and now they were ready to finalize the transformation. Having experienced the quality and care we bring to every project, the customer knew they could trust us to finish the work seamlessly.
The next step involved installing hip and ridge shingles to perfectly match the existing roof. Using premium materials from Klaus Roofing Systems of Ohio, we ensured the shingles complemented the earlier work for a unified and polished appearance. By maintaining
consistency in both style and durability, the roof’s overall integrity and aesthetic were preserved.
This final phase of the project reinforced our commitment to customer satisfaction and high-quality craftsmanship. With the roof now fully restored, the customer could enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing their home was protected and looking its best. It was a privilege to be part of this journey, helping to bring their vision to completion.
This roof was in need of a full roof replacement.
The homeowner contacted us after noticing a line of missing shingles on their roof following a period of high winds. Built in 2007, the home’s shingled roof had endured years of weather, but this recent windstorm seemed to have caused shingles to lift and settle back, potentially leaving them vulnerable to further damage. Neighbors had reported seeing the shingles lifting, and the homeowner wanted to ensure the roof remained secure. Additionally, they mentioned attic access, possibly through a crawl space, allowing us to check for any underlying issues from the inside.
