PROBLEME
Right in the middle of his basement renovation project, he realized that through all his planning, he hadn't included any waterproofing renovation. This is such an important element to include. Mr Gary wanted us to come to show him the options for an optimal protection.
SOLUTION
He went with the drainage system WaterGuard, which comes with a lifetime warranty. This solution will protect the entire perimeter of the house, to make sure it captures all the water trying to get in, to then be removed outside of the basement. Mr Gary can now enjoy a dry basement, all year long.
Facing an alarming vertical crack inside the basement, the homeowner in Saint-Damase seeked our help. Our specialist explained in details how this cracks is driving water infiltration inside the basement, and thus increase humidity levels which will deteriorate the quality of air inside the house.
As a remedy, we installed our revolutionary FlexiSpan system including a polyurethane-based sealing with a second membrane that will cover the crack and push any escaping water infiltration to the drainage system.
Client was satisfied with the result, knowing that he won't have to deal with this crack anymore.
Facing frequent flooding, our client in Sorel-Tracy, QC, was in dire need of a solution. The issue? An old sump pump not doing its job. Enter our game-changer, the TripleSafe Sump Pump. The after photo showcases a transformed, dry basement—proof of our commitment to delivering outstanding, long-lasting solutions. We take pride in our work, ensuring every homeowner has a reliable, worry-free home environment.
The 3 most common sump pump problems are: the pump breaks down and stops working, the pump cannot keep up with the fast flow and cannot pump too much water or the house suffered a power failure and the pump stops working.
If you have the same problem as it was for our Ogden customer, we have the TripleSafe system that contains 3 different pumps to address each of these 3 risks.
The first one operates under normal conditions, the second one starts when the first one cannot follow the flow and volume, and the last one is a booster pump which starts on a battery during a power failure! Problem fixed!
PROBLEM
Our client, Ms. Camille, had noticed that for a while, the exterior door to her basement had difficulty opening and closing. When a contractor came to do the work, he suggested installing screw piles to solve this problem.
SOLUTION
The entrepreneur was right; the problems were caused because the foundation of his chalet was not stable. Our team therefore installed 2 PushPier screw piles. This guarantees a solid foundation.
We also installed CarbonArmor, which was used to stabilize a foundation wall from the inside. With the ArmorLock system, a super-strong carbon fiber strap is fused to each ArmorLock strip and anchored to a heavy-duty steel bracket that’s lag-screwed to the rim joist.
