Using the CleanSpace, we were able to provide our customer with a barrier separating the ground from the home. With CleanSpace, we have made a vapor barrier allowing for the house to be protected from humidity that can cause problems like mold and dust mites that can have serious consequences.

SOLUTION

We installed a SmartDrain, 2 SmartJacks, SilverGlow as well as TerraBlock. The client can now enjoy his home, without any unpleasant odors and without having to worry about the stability of the foundation.

The geotechnical engineers and the manufacturers of this product, have trained our teams to install the best engineering base for the posts (seen under the post), allowing to dissipate up to 90% the weight that supports the pole.

We have installed a WaterGuard interior drain perimeter that intercepts water seeping through the joint between the foundation wall and the floor. Then we installed a TripleSafe sump pump system that contains 3 pumps in an airtight coating. One of the sump pumps in this coating is a battery-backed emergency pump that will start during a power outage to protect your basement.
