Here was a gorgeous Colonial in East Granby, CT that had been suffering from an underperforming roof. Algae and moss were making a home in the seams between the 3-Tab shingles, which do not overlap like the architectural style that we work with. The underlying structure which the roof is supported by, otherwise called the decking, was refreshed with new CDX plywood. To prevent any stealth leaking we also re-flashed a medium-sized chimney. The shingles are made of an algae-resistant material, so this house will look (and perform) great for years to come!

This home located in Rocky Hill, CT was in need of a brand new roof. The shingles were suffering from old age and crumbling from wear and tear. We stripped the old roof off and replaced 3 sheets of damaged plywood decking so that the new roof would have a good foundation. We then installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Shield to ensure that the interior of the home is protected from outside moisture.
