This single family ranch-style home was in need of a new roof. We started the job by removing one layer of asphalt roofing material and replacing 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 5 rows of ice & water barrier to protect against leaking and moisture near all eaves, valleys, chimneys as well as beautiful asphalt shingles. The chimney flashing had cracks, allowing water to leak through, which we sealed with new chimney flashing. During the removal of the old roofing for the repair, three damaged plywood boards were identified and replaced. The plywood joints were sealed with Ice&Water fiber paper as well as Sealoron Deck Tape and a Roof Underlayment.
