Callie contacted Klaus Larsen Roofing for help with her newly purchased home. She was informed that the roof had been damaged by previous pine trees that lined the property. There was also plywood attached to the ceiling indicating a leak at some point; however, she was unsure. Klaus Larsen Roofing provides free estimates and quotes, and we are always happy to help! This before-and-after shows the damage caused by the trees and how we were able to repair it by stripping off the old decking and replacing it with new plywood. This colonial with an attached garage in Manchester, CT was built in 1928. After the existing roofing materials were torn off, the damaged plywood decking was replaced. Three rows of  Ice & Water shield was installed along with Underlayment that is engineered to repel water and adhere to the roof. A ridge Vent was installed, along with ProEdge Hip and Ridge shingles. The old chimney flashing was removed and replaced with new, copper flashing. 

This single family home in Manchester, CT was built in 1993 and in need of a roof replacement. To start, Klaus Larsen Roofing removed 1 layer of existing roofing materials, as well as replaced 3 rows of damaged plywood decking.  Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, and chimneys. Next, we installed gray shingles to refresh the appearance of the home. Lastly, we installed Copper Cat Algae Terminator to the rear of the home, to prevent the growth of algae, moss, and mold on roofing materials.
