This attractive lake house was built in 1991 and in desperate need of a roof replacement. Klaus Larsen Roofing started by tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials and replacing all damaged plywood decking. We then installed two rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles we chose Cambridge Architectural Shingles, in the color Charcoal Grey. Lastly, we installed a brand new Ridge Vent to keep consistent attic ventilation. This lake home is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

A new roof was put on in a home in Columbia, CT. The homeowners moved in a few years ago and wanted to re-evaluate the roof then replace. They chose asphalt shingles in color Biscayne, which matched beautifully with the home.

Paula and Thomas were having some worries about the state of their roof after having it for 25 years. After contacting their insurance company, they discovered their granules are coming off and they would need to look at a roof replacement. From there, the roof replacement begins. After replacing any damaged plywood boards, the decking is taped together to ensure there are no cracks in the decking that may lead to a leak.

Additionally, the SealoronXT Ice & Water membrane is placed on all edges and valleys, as well as the Velora One Roof Underlayment which covers the rest of the plywood, giving your roof that additional protection to make it last.
