This homeowner in Niantic, CT had previously used Klaus Larsen Roofing to replace the roof on their last home, so when their new home’s 17-year-old roof began leaking, they knew exactly who to call! The before photo highlights the weathering marks streaking down the shingles, clearly showing the roof’s age and need for a replacement. On the day of installation, we ensured a top-tier experience for the homeowner. Our on-site Project Manager walked them through each step, from removing the old roof to inspecting and replacing any rotting decking. On this Lebanon property, we used the Cambridge line of Harvard Slate IKO shingles to make a beautiful country home even more beautiful. Our 'after' image was taken awhile after the completion of this project, but the luster of the shingle and the 'new roof look' remains.

At this 1980's Cape Cod-style home located in Lebanon, CT we completely stripped and installed a new roof. Once we stripped the existing shingles, we laid down 3 new sheets of plywood decking that needed to be replaced. Then we installed Ice & Water shield to protect the home from any outside moisture.
