Cambridge Super White shingles, by IKO, were the perfect match for this home in West Hartford.

Here was a project we accomplished in West Hartford, CT. Extra care was taken to keep the exterior of this home looking clean. Give us a call and we'll give you the attention that has become synonymous with the Klaus Larsen name. 

This single family home in West Hartford, CT was in need of a new roof and a new skylight. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing material, we replaced 3 damaged sheets of plywood decking. We then covered the entire roof deck with two rows of ice & water barrier to protect the home form outside moisture. For the asphalt shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Harvard Slate. We finished the job by removing and replacing the existing flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

This original three-tab shingled roof home needed a new roof with updated shingles and added attic ventilation. We tore off the outdated shingles and replaced them with new Owens Corning Duration Shingles and installed a new 3" Perma-Boot vent pipe and new chimney flashing. In addition to the roof, the homeowner wanted to remove both of the old metal awnings above the back door and driveway side door which we replaced with new wood peaked awnings. We were able to keep the charm and character of this 1920's home while still providing peace of mind to the homeowners come this winter!
