This single-family home in Tariffville, CT was in need of a roof replacement. After tearing off two layers of existing roofing materials, we replaced 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 2 rows of ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Charcoal Grey. We finished by removing the existing vent pipe boot & replacing it with a brand new 3-inch Perma-Boot in the color Black. This home is now safe & secure thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

We then covered the entire roof deck with two rows of ice & water barrier. For new shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Grey. We finished the job by removing and replacing the existing flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
