Roof Replacement in Tolland, CT

This charming cape cod style home was suffering from a leaking roof. This home which was built in the 1950s had old-style single tabbed shingles which are known for leaking. To fix the issues the homeowner was having, we completely stripped the old roof and installed a new Owens Corning Roof System. We first replaced any damaged plywood decking to ensure the structure of the roof. We then laid down Owens Corning Weatherlock G Ice & Water to protect the home from the outside elements. For new shingles, we installed Owens Corning Oakridge Shingles in the color Onyx Black. To top it off, we installed a VentSure Ridge Vent to provide top-notch attic ventilation.
