This single-family home was in need of a new roof. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials, we replaced five sheets of damaged plywood decking. In accordance with the new building codes, we were sure to tape and seal all joints on the roof deck with self-adhering flashing tape. We then installed two rows of an ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys, etc. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Grey. In terms of skylights, we installed one Velus FS Skylight, and one Lam E3 FS Mounted Skylight. We finished the job by removing and replacing the existing chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing. This house is now safe and secured thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

This Union, CT home was finished with one layer of OC True Def Duration Estate Gray shingles, which we have found to simply be the most effective, long lasting brand of architectural shingles available. For added moisture protection, we installed three rows (9') of Ice & Water shield to all eaves and 3' in all of the valleys. The ridge ventilation here is a VentSure ridge vent, also from Owens Corning.

To revive the roof at this Craftsman style home built in the 1940's in Stafford Springs, we completely stripped the existing roof and replaced it with all new roofing materials. This home had ample damaged plywood decking that needed replacement as well as existing single-tabbed shingles that needed to be torn off. Once we replaced the plywood decking we laid down Owens Corning Weatherlock G Ice & Water to protect the home from any outside elements. We also used ProArmor Synthetic Underlayment, which is a durable, tear-resistant material engineered to repel water and to adhere t the roofing surface. For the new shingles, we installed Owens Corning Duration Shingles in the color Slatestone Gray. This home also had an existing skylight, which we replaced with a new Veluz Fixed Deck Mount Skylight. In addition, we also removed and installed new 5" Aluminum Seamless Gutters.

The roof on this modular home in Montville, CT still appeared sound aesthetically, but had been experiencing some ongoing leakage. We found there was damaged plywood, which had been worsened further by the leaks.
