Here was a home in Mansfield Center that we roofed along with an accompanying stand alone garage. Ice & water shield was installed on the dormer with revamped lead flashing on the chimney. For the attic insulation, we blew in Owens Corning PROPINK fiberglass. As a part of this full installation, we put in all new Velux skylights and sealed the job with a 50 Year Full Coverage Warranty.

This home in Mansfield had a roof that was old and curling at the edges. When we replaced the roof, the owners wanted the gutters replaced with new gutter guards. The entire roof was torn off and replaced on the same day with Owens Corning Estate Gray shingles. We then installed Aluminum Seamless gutter and LeafRelief gutter guards.

This ranch-style home in Mansfield Center, CT was in desperate need for a new roof. To start the process, we tore off the existing roofing materials, including 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We sealed all joints on the roof deck with flashing tape, in accordance with new building requirements. We then installed 2 rows of ice & water barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Charcoal Gray. Lastly, we removed and replaced chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete, thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
