Over 4,000 square feet of shingles were torn off and replaced with Estate Gray Duration Shingles. The entire project, start to finish, was completed in only two days!

This farmhouse in Hampton, CT had it's flat roof replaced. We started by removing 1 layer of existing roofing material, and replacing any damaged plywood decking. In terms of shingles, we chose to install DeckSeal Modified Bitumen Flat Roofing in the color Estate Gray. This amazing home got even better thanks to the work of Klaus Larsen Roofing!

Here in Ledyard, CT we installed CertainTeed Designer Weathered Wood Shingles. Overall, this project came out looking highly cohesive. At Klaus Larsen, we have access to a wide variety of product to suit your home's look. 

This home had severely damaged plywood from water entering the attic. We replaced around 40 sheets and installed New Onyx Black Duration Shingles.

The roof here on this Preston, CT home is comprised of one layer of OC True Def Duration Desert Tan shingles. Underneath we have multiple layers of moisture protection, including Owens Corning ProArmor Synthetic underlayment with three rows of Ice & Water shield adhered to all eaves and valleys. The rear deck was made of an exotic hardwood, so we took special care and extra precautions to prevent any damage during the removal of the old roof. This involved covering that deck with tarps and then covering the tarps with plywood, so there would be absolutely no damage or scratches.
