Homeowners Brent and Lisa have lived in there 1970’s home ore the last 2 years. They first thought about having new basement windows installed about six months ago. The recently went through a remodel of their home where they added a spare room and a bathroom in their basement. However, to consider the room a bedroom they needed an egress window installed for safety reasons. It was important to them to have this done for resale options from their home.
