I decided to go with MidAmerica Basement Systems because of their impressive sales program and having a BBB membership. The information in the mail and tape, the sales call, and the video were all impressive. I thought the crew was competent, friendly, hard working, and they believed in the the system. I thought the representative was very professional and impressive as well. I found his presentation very helpful. I have had at least two intense rains since installation and my basement was "as dry as a bone."
