Our sales rep, Sean, is a great guy. He is very knowledgeable of the process and product. He takes the time to answer any questions. He's very personable and we enjoyed working with him. Mark was polite, pleasant and did a great job explaining everything. MidAmerica has efficient knowledge and a better system and better materials. I was also sent material to reach which helped me understand waterproofing. Mark was just great - patient and understanding. Very helpful for elders. He seems to really know the business.
