The crew was all very helpful they answered questions that we had explained what they needed to do. Cleaned up after the job. They couldn't have been better. They would let us know when they would be here. So considerate of the problems that came up and worked very hard to come up with solutions. Everyone was very nice to work with. Very understanding and helpful.

I was so grateful when it was arranged to come and do our work on March 11. I knew early on that when the snow started to melt, we would be in trouble again. Then it started raining. We were bailing water night and day for over a week. Then Wednesday when it started raining heavier, Russ was emptying 12 gallons every 45 minutes from the shop vac... I don't know what we could have done if you had not come. When I came upstairs Thursday morning (the 11th), it was snowing very hard. When the phone rang... I cannot tell you my relief when Mel said "we are on the way". It was like 1200 pounds had been lifted off my shoulders. I was never so happy to see anyone when they arrived. My HEROES. That night we went to bed and rested peacefully for the first time in over a week. We were like giddy, silly kids feeling so liberated. I cannot thank you enough for working with us. So far, everything is looking good. Water continued to run down the wall for several days. I could not see it today. We need to do a lot of work on the outside if it ever dries out enough to do so.

I was impressed with your ability to place a pier in a tight space without having to make a hole in my floor. I was also impressed with your willingness to price match other bids and consider other discounts. 

I give Thrasher a 10/10! The crew was so fantastic. I can't adequately express how impressed I was with Jose and his crew. They went above and beyond. 

Adding in the extra waterproofing took care of my issue. It has helped immensely knowing that when I heard about rain in Omaha, I don't have to drive over every time and see if I got water in. 

Everything was done professionally.  Your representative was more than knowledgeable and personal. She was a pleasure to talk with and it says alot for a company to have representatives like that.  Thoroughly pleased with my experience.  Looking forward to doing business with Thrasher.

I had a wet basement everytime it rained so I called Thrasher.  Everyone I had contact with (especially Aaron Wilson and Jose Reyes-crew foremen) were courteous and professional at all times. The work was excellent and the crews cleaned up afterwards.  I can hardly see where they dug in the yard. Aaron was very informative about what they were doing and always asked permission before doing anything new.  I appreciated the work of both of the crews!

We cannot express how generous Thrasher has been in our situation.  We are in the process of selling the house and needed the work done immediately.  They were able to rearrange schedules to get all the work done in a week and a day, that is beyond amazing!  I give credit to Deon for getting the process sped up for us.

Every time it rained we had water in our basement. We knew Thrasher had a great reputation so we picked them to fix our problem.  They gave us a fair price, expert customer service and worked with us in a professional way we've never seen in other companies.  Felipe and his crew did an outstanding job.  So clean and professional.  When they were through you couldn't even tell they had been in our basement other than the obvious work they did.  He explained everything to me after they were done.
