We have lots of experience with remodeling and construction trades, and Thrasher's team, Cole and Mike, were absolutely the most professional we have ever worked with. From the initial assessment discussions with Cole to actual execution of the project with Mike, the communication was on point. Cole made sure we knew what prep work we needed to complete. When Mike's team arrived he reviewed the scope of the project and walked through the job site to ensure we all were on the same page. Also, he kept us informed of progress during the job The crew worked their tails off including enduring 95+ degree heat to complete the outside work. When completed they walked us through exactly what we contracted them todo, which included an overview of how to operate and service the newly installed equipment as well as time frame to replace our furnishing. We also appreciated the prep and cleanup work they did as well. We were throughly impressed with Thrasher! Most of all having completed this work takes a huge burden off our minds!
