Leaning Chimney has Homeowner Worried in Middletown

We sent Senior Foundation Specialist, Ken Peare, out to design a solution using one of our foundation stabilizer systems. We installed two Helical Piers deep down underneath the foundation and chimney. Using the weight of the home we were able to stabilize the chimney.

Our crew drilled small holes into the slab and injected polyurethane foam known as PolyLevel underneath to fill any voids and lift the slab. Once the slab is back towards its original level, the foam begins to harden to permanently stabilize the slab. Our team seals all cracks to prevent water from seeping underneath creating erosion.
