A homeowner in Shrewsbury, New Jersey reported their walls becoming damaged by water. Our foreman, Mario Barron, installed the EverLast Wall Panels on the bottom half of the wall to directly remove the water-damage. These wall panels are water-proof and mold-proof, making for the perfect solution for an unfinished basement.

Each year, our homeowners are provided with the opportunity to schedule annual maintenance for their sump pump system. Once the appointment has been set, our service team cleans out the sump pump. This prevents the system from clogging and developing issues for the home and homeowner and continues to provide protection against water damage.

CleanSpace vapor barrier liner was installed on the crawl space walls and floors to hold back water vapor and humidity from passing through. This liner also will not rip or tear making it perfect storage.   

Part of the process of waterproofing this homeowners basement included the installation of Ice Guard.
