The Team that came to my home was awesome. Instead of them having to walk around the back of my garage, I opened the garage door so it could be easier for them. There was one member who came to call me to let me know that they were finished for the day, and asked me if I wanted them to shut the garage door and to lock the back door. I'm writing to commend John Owens, your service rep, who serviced my 2 sump pumps and dehumidifier. John is very professional, explaining everything he does, taking everything apart and leaving all the areas very clean when he's finished. He also is very friendly and has a very nice personality, which is a plus with being a very good technician. I must commend you for all of your employees that you have sent here over the years.

Great Company. They made my basement from wet every time it rained to dry all the time. I don't have to worry at all over rain or melting snow anymore. Sean and his crew did a great job throughout the day from start to cleanup. Gerry is also great in scheduling and letting you know what work will be done. I would recommend them to anyone.
