He was excellent in answering our questions, being patient with us and telling us exactly what to expect when the crew came to do our mold remediation and installation of the basement dry system (trench and Sani-dry_dehumidifier. We found him to be an excellent, respectful professional who was obviously knowledgeable about what Basement Systems could do. He was very honest, telling us exactly how much the cost would be and giving suggestions along the way. He was patient with all of our questions and never rushed us into a decision. They missed some mold on the rafters but when asked about it, quickly fixed it. They were very hard working and respectful. He was willing to answer our questions even though he was very busy. He came later to install our Sani-dry and to fix the newly installed windows. He was able to discern the problem, fix it and show us what was wrong. He too was excellent at what he was doing, very respectful and patient as we asked questions. The information available on your website was so helpful and full of detail about basement problems and why your company can fix them. The books you offered for free were outstanding in their explanations. The company stood out way above any others on the web. But the clincher in choosing your company was the helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant and honest young man you sent out as our inspector.

My basement project was completed last week.From start to finish I am impressed with this team! Ian G. came out and did the initial overview of my issue and was very professional, personable and thoroughly went over his view of what we should do to resolve our issue. He understood that we were new homeowners and the limited resources that we had immediately available to work with. He suggested a multi-step approach and laid it all out for us. My wife and I were comfortable with his pricing and his demeanor throughout the process. On the day of installation, the crew called ahead to prepare me for their arrival and still got to my house earlier than expected.Jesse gave me the game plan for the day and Christian and crew got to it! In the world of home improvement most companies are either very service oriented and others are very quality oriented.
