Our home has been using Quality 1st basement since 2007 or say since it was built. Jack from Quality 1st came by and immediately identify the source of the water issue was NOT from the foundation but most likely due to a leak in the outdoor bib. Opened the wall and there it was, water leaking from the shark bite connector.A few days ago, another contractor came and looked at the same problem and immediately quoted $3500 to install a drainpipe with no mentioning of the potential leaking issue. I think it's fair to say which business is more honest.Can't comment on how good a job Quality 1st basement is doing, but at least I know they're not going to charge me something I don't need.

Installed water guard perimeter French drain, triple safe sump. All workers were really professional, especially Victor the lead foreman was very knowledgeable and knew his job inside out. He answered all my questions and assured me that there will no issues with water in the basement anymore. Would definitely recommend this company for any waterproofing work.
