I would like to pass some kudos' to Bryan. Bryan is a nice, kind, informative young man and an asset to your company! He was here two hours trying to work out a few problems which he did. The filter was changed and he tried to instruct me on how to do it because I have to do it myself in three months. I have claustrophobia and he took pictures to show me just how to do it. He went way out of his way for me, don't see that nowadays with young people. He is an exception to the rule! I hope I don't need you for any other problems, but I know who to call when I need a job well done. Thanks Bryan!

We experienced a leak in our basement wall, called this company, and met with Ray R, System Designer.  Ray recommended a specific repair at a very reasonable price. The work/repair was performed by Bryan G, Lead Service Technician.  Bryan went the extra mile and reviewed the entire process with us before he actually started the work and kept us updated as the work progressed. We found both Ray and Bryan to be professional and pleasant to deal with, and the same goes for the staff we have talked with over the phone (everyone is very down to earth and straight forward--no gimmicks).  The work was done on-time, as described (excellent job), and for the agreed upon price.  We highly recommend them to anyone who is experiencing any form of a water leak in their basement. There is no pressure sale with the no cost home estimate and they guarantee their work!

I called this company to waterproof my basement after a previous company failed. My first experience with the team was with Kim who examined everything. She started with my exterior and worked her way systematically inside to my basement and by the time we got to the basement she was informing me of everything, not only the areas that were of concern to her but also about my soil and why the system from the other company failed and how they could do it better.I contacted a structural engineer on Kim's advice, who confirmed that everything Kim told to me was accurate. Unfortunately, because of the pandemic, I had to wait a while to have them come out to do the work. But I was finally able to have them come out. The crew Kim sent to perform the job, Ian, Billy, Creig, and Nate were the epitome of professionals. They answered all of my questions no matter how insignificant I thought they were.During the 3 days they were in my home they were polite, hardworking, and conscientious. They made sure my basement was clean throughout the entire process, including cleaning up every night before they left for the evening. Kim stopped by 2 of the 3 days her crew was in my home to not only make sure I was happy with the crew she sent but also that I was satisfied and that everything was meeting my expectations. They not only met my expectations, they far exceeded them!!!!I couldn't have asked for a more professional and knowledgeable company. My only regret is that I didn't use them in the first place.Thank you Kim, Ian, Billy, Greg, and Nate for the work you did and for treating my home like it was your own.
