After losing power during the recent tropical storm, I noticed my battery backup sump system wasn’t working. I called Quality 1st and Marisa promptly returned my call. Within 3 hours, Randy showed up, diagnosed the problem, and had it repaired within an hour. Excellent service again! The utility companies should take a lesson in customer service and prompt response and repair. Still, no peer or phone, but the sump is up and running. Thanks, Randy!
