First things first. Mike Fiorillo was an excellent sales rep to work with. Knowledgeable, mindful, professional, and personal at the same time. He went over all the options in detail, did not try to push or upsell on any products. Even gave some tips on the best way to finance the project. TJ showed up with his team on time, as agreed, explained, and showed me everything they will be working on. It was a big project, so it took 3 days to complete, however, each day the team showed up on time, worked very cleanly and efficiently. Everything looks great.  I also want to mention Angie Almonte from their customer service, who was very friendly and professional when she followed up after the project was completed. Highly recommend! A++

I was very satisfied with the job. The crew was hardworking and left everything clean. Our problem was completely fixed and now we can use our basement for more things with all the extra space.

Overall I am extremely satisfied with all of the work done on my home by Quality 1st Basement Systems. I initially heard about Quality 1st on Angie's List and was impressed with their reviews. I researched other companies and received quotes but in the end chose Quality 1st because they had more options available for my home improvement project. When I called the office staff answered all of my questions and scheduled an appointment for a free estimate. My inspector Kenny was thorough and polite. I had a wet unfinished basement and he helped me transform the entire space to make it livable. I now have a waterproofed finished basement that I can use everyday. The installation crew led by Juan Garcia did excellent work and completed the entire project in just 2 days.

Back in 2012 I decided to get my basement waterproofed after heavy rains were causing a lot of water damage. I decided to go with Quality 1st after my neighbor recommended them to me, and I am so happy with my decision. The whole process was great, and I love my basement now. Since then I have had my annual service appointment, and I am very happy with the work that is performed by the service technicians. Thank you Quality 1st!

Ian, Kelly, Shane and (1 other guy) were professional the 3 days they were here and left us with 0 questions or any feeling of concern with how the install went. Would call again and recommend to anyone needing professional help with their basement/water issues.
