This ranch-style home located in Lebanon, CT had a porch overhang that was having a leaking issue. When further investigated, it was found that that the entire roof needed to be replaced. We first started by tearing off the existing roofing material and replacing any damaged plywood decking. To ensure that there are no future leaks, we laid down Ice & Water and Pro Armour Synthetic Underlayment. 

This single family home in Lebanon, CT was in need of a roof replacement. We started by tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials. We then replaced all damaged plywood decking. We installed 3 rows os ice & water barrier near all eaves valleys, chimneys and gray shingles.  We finished the job by removing the existing vent pipe boot and replacing it with a brand new black Perma-Boot. This home is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

After heavy rain this homes roof began leaking into a closet prompting the need for a replacement.
