At this colonial style home located in Manchester, CT, we completely removed and replaced the entire roof. We first stripped the existing roof and hauled the old shingles to the Asphalt Roof Recycling Center to be turned into the pavement for roads. We then removed and replaced any damaged plywood decking to ensure the integrity of the roofing structure. To protect the interior of this home from outside moisture, we laid down Ice & Water Shield and Owens Corning ProArmor Synthetic Underlayment. For shingles, we installed Owens Corning Duration TruDefinition Shingles in the color Estate Gray. This new roof comes with a 50 Year Lifetime Platinum Protection Roofing Warranty so the homeowner can now live worry-free!

This 1986 sq. foot home in Manchester, CT reached out to Klaus Larsen for a roof replacement. After replacing damaged plywood decking with new plywood and tearing off one layer of existing materials, the Klaus Larsen crew got the work.
