Klaus and his team were great!  They completed all the work listed above in one day as promised.  His crew worked non-stop from 7 am to 7 pm until the job was completed and looks great!  Removing old wood shingles and two layers of regular shingles makes a big mess, but when the job was done the house and yard looked great!  I didn't find any materials, nails or trash of any kind in my yard.  They even bring their own portable bathroom so there is no need to use your home bathroom or leave the site.  I had some questions a couple of days after the job was completed and Klaus got back to me right away and met me at my house to go over my questions and was very professional and explained how the DCi soffit works by going back up to my attic to show me.  Klaus and his team did a fantastic job and customer service was superior.

They were very timely and were right there when they said they'd be. I like my roof very much, and they were willing to make corrections as needed.  

Mike was there for us to solve any problem we had. He went the extra mile for us and fixed areas that needed fine tuning. Did an excellent job on the cupola and sun light installation. The drain on the flat roof was clogged and resulted in flooding our front porch during a heavy rain storm. I called Mike the next morning and he was there early to fix the problem.

I was most satisfied with the overall experience. Everything was handled very professionally.

It was a positive experience. I felt secure. The young woman in the office sent me an email with the picture of the salesman. The crew is unbelievable. I was fascinated watching them. I did not even find one nail left. They worked from seven in the morning until seven at night. They should be recognized as a team. Mr. Larsen should be recognized for hiring great people. It is obvious he puts the money earned back into the company. The vehicles of the company look great. It was just a great experience.

Impressed by the speed at which the job was completed. Professional job! The clean up and communication were good.

After getting many estimates, Mike Feinberg didn't talk my head off, didn't assume I was an idiot, and did act like a gentleman offering a product that he was impressed with. The complex roof job was simply great. Also, the crew leader and the crew itself was fabulous, and it showed in the work they did. The crew cleaned up around the home, it actually looked better when they finished than when they began.  

Klaus did three other special jobs for me in addition to the roof. He added exterior lighting, a dryer exhaust and installed extra wood in a valley where water and ice was accumulating. They also did a great job picking up and had it all done in one day! He really went, as they say, the extra mile.  

Klaus and his crew did a great job putting a new roof on my rental property.  His price quote was very competitive, especially the price for replacing any damaged plywood underneath the existing asphalt.  The house was very old and we discovered that nearly every single piece of plywood needed to be replaced due to old and rotted wood.  The fact that Klaus kept his part of his bid low and fair, he saved me tons of money compared to the other quotes I got. I liked everything about my experience with Klaus and I would have not problem recommending him.  In fact, I plan to use him again for my future projects.
