This home in Willington, CT was in need of a new roof. After tearing off two layers of existing roofing materials, we replaced 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. In accordance with the new building codes, we sealed all joints on the roof deck with flashing tape and installed two rows of ice & water material near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys, etc. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color of Dual Grey. We finished the job by removing and replacing the existing chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

This small two family home's roof in Willington, CT has seen better days and was in need of a replacement. To start this project we tore away and disposed of one layer of existing asphalt roofing. We then inspected the roof's deck, where we found 5 damaged sheets of plywood decking which were then removed and replaced.
