Our experience with the office staff was excellent. The installation was neat and professional and the crew was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. The inspector was like an old friend, and we were very satisfied with this job.

They immediately called a sales rep who immediately contacted me. He fully explained the system I wanted installed. Several times he even answered the phone calls while on vacation, to answer additional questions I had. Outstanding. Put plastic sheet over HVAC unit, water heater and some personal stuff I could not move from the basement. Concrete dust was at an absolute minumum. They did the complete install in one day. Completely wiped down all the basement walls and personal basement stuff, hauled away 100% of the demolition conrete and plastic sheeting. Swept entire floor . I went to the internet for a local basement waterproofing company. Your website impressed me very much when compared to the rest that popped up. I made the right choice.

In dealing with Dan on a second job, it was like meeting with an old friend to discuss our water problem. Everyone who participated in our "water in the basement" project was most helpful. Dawn in the office who arranged the scheduling and the technicians who worked on the job were very competent. Once again, we have had a very pleasant experience!

They installed the zen wall, dehumidifier, and the triple safe sun pump. They did an outstanding job, solved the problem, and now I can literally sit in the basement and breath fresh air! Now, let's talk about the staff. He was my sales rep and he explained everything from start to finish. He even had a diagram on his computer and printed out on the spot what was going to happen. There was no pushy salesman work to sell me something I did not need, but sold me what I needed to solve the problem. He was an awesome foreman and his crew did an excellent job! The job was done on-time with no mess left behind. Then there was the service manager. He answered every question I had after the work was done and ensured everything was done to my satisfaction. Listen, I like to save money just like everyone else, and while they may not be the cheapest around, they do QUALITY work and do what they say. Plus, they are there whenever you need them. They are extremely PROFESSIONAL, and in this day and age, Quality and Professionalism is hard to come by. My neighbors were so impressed with their work when I showed him, he hired them to do their basement. Thanks for a great job!

Everyone I have been in contact with, at your company(Tina) and everyone that has been out to my home( Josh and crew)  have been top notch and wonderful to work with.  Nate and his crew came out first and Nate was very helpful and the crew was wonderful. Morgan is out there today and same goes for him, he has been wonderful. Everyone has been very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and informative.

They had a good team of workers, respectful, informative and productive. Very professional and they did what they said they would do. We had an issue come up from the original builders of the home and the team came up with a reasonable solution. All work passed county inspection and I even heard the inspector give them a compliment. Good work, I will use them again in the future if needed.

We are so happy with our newly finished basement! Having used Basement Systems USA for basement waterproofing several years ago, we contacted them again when it was time to create more living space in our home.
