This single family home in Glastonbury was in need of a new roof. To start the process we removed one layer of existing roofing materials. We then replaced all damaged plywood decking. We installed 2 rows of ice & water barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Black. We finished the job by removing and replacing the flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klays Larsen Roofing! 

This home was in need of a new roof and gutter guards. We started by tearing off one layer of asphalt roofing and replacing 4 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 2 rows of ice & water barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Grey. We replaced all flashing around the chimney and skylights. In terms of gutter guards, we installed 5-foot MicroGuard Gutter Guards by Englert. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen!
