This was a 2 story Colonial with attached 3 car garage. Both Vent Boots and a Skylight Flashing Kit were incorporated into this roof. Disposal only consisted of one layer of shingles. We installed the traditional three rows of Ice & Water shield in all eaves and valleys. Another customary part of each job is providing a trailer to haul away all old roofing and job related debris. We even provide a portable toilet for the crew to use during the entire duration of the project!

Here was a colonial style house in South Windsor, CT that was in need of a total roof replacement. This home received a full Owens Corning Life Time Roofing System, in Slatestone Gray. The SureNail strip on these shingles is a patented technology, and gives the roof unrivaled longevity in comparison to other brands. The ventilation system here was in good shape and was working properly, so we only needed to make some slight alterations at the dormer ridge vent near the garage. 

Here was a leaky roof in South Windsor, CT that required a full replacement with new gutters. We began by replacing any damaged plywood, but only where needed, to make this project cost efficient. To prevent any future moisture penetration, we installed Ice & Water Weatherlock Flex to the back of the house and eaves. There was a small chimney that we re-flashed, and the finished shingles were Duration Brownwood.  

This was a large 8 door garage in South Windsor that had the entire roof torn off and replaced in only two days. Shingle Color: Quarry Grey.
